The company is promoted by Mr. N.Gurumurthy, who is a professionally qualified accountant hailing from Bangalore.

After graduating in commerce, he underwent Articleship under the astute guidance of M/s. Sundaresh & Co, Jayanagar, Bangalore, one of the leading Chartered Accountant firms specializing in Income Tax matters. Subsequent to professionally qualifying as Cost Accountant, he worked as Group Internal Auditor with highly reputed group belonging to Mr. V.G.Siddhartha, which comprised of M/s. Sivan securities P Ltd., The Mysore Amalagamated Coffee Estates Ltd, ABC trading company (Coffeday), Alps Granite (p) Ltd etc. He was handling the Finance, Taxation and Audit functions of the entire group till 1995 when he decided to have more exposure to other fields and ventured out to Muscat, Oman. He was the Finance Manager of a construction company –M/s. Rawahy Enterprises LLC , for 4 years and subsequently moved on to another highly reputed group-ASHA group belonging to M/s. Ajit Khimji group of Companies. He was elevated to the position of Division in charge and was looking after the operations of the construction division which had interests in UAE and Iraq and mainly executed projects in construction and power Transmission fields for M/s. Larsen & Toubro , Oman and UAE, M/s. Hyundai Corporation, UAE, M/s. KEC International, M/s. Jyoti structures Ltd etc.

After an enriching experience of 9 years in Gulf, working with and amongst employees of multi culture and multi nationalities , he decided to return back to India to start his own venture- A One Stop Shop for services in Bangalore. He had studied for a long time the requirement of professionally managed company to cater to hitherto unattended NRI segment , who neither have the time nor the support back home to look after their varied interests-like Investment in Real estate-Apartments/plots, Construction of house , Home loans ,Investment in Plots , Property Management, Investments, Insurance, Taxation, Legal matters etc.
